My passion is supporting youth and uplifting youth voice to make sure everyone feels welcomed, loved, supported, and valued. At College Access Navigators, we know that degree attainment opens doors to bright futures, but we also know that tuition can be a barrier, so we work with youth to navigate the system so they can achieve their goals and dreams!
I began teaching in 2014 as an English Language Development teacher at Fort Morgan High School and from 2018-2020 managed a post-secondary preparation program at Morgan Community College. I have been working with immigrant and refugee first-generation students and families for my entire career in education and I believe it is my life's purpose to be a shoulder to stand on for the wonderful youth we serve.

I am Letitica Bancroft Co-Founder and Youth Program Director. I am a proud mother and grandmother, and I'm originally from Washington D.C. where I was born and raised. I moved to Colorado in 2010 which led me to my passion of advocating for youth. I started mentoring youth in 2010, was a child care provider in 2016 for teens, and an advocate for Morgan County Family Center that provided families and youth with resources in the community to assist with parental resilience. One of my current passions is I am the Site Coordinator for FLTI (Family Leadership Training Institute) which provides civic capacity education within the community for youth and families.
I believe youth are the future! With concrete support, social connections, community resources, consistently creating opportunities where youth voice and choice are heard and seen, I truly believe it makes the journey that youth have to go through less stressful and achievable. We all come with a purpose and mine is making sure youth of all backgrounds and situations see the light at the other end of the tunnel and walk alongside them as they break down their barriers one at a time!
